Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary


The Knights of Columbus Ladies of Council 11372 formed in 1994, the same year the Council was instituted. Since then, we have grown to over 50 members!

The Ladies follow the lead of the Knights in working to serve Church, Community, Youth, Council, and Family. Many of our activities include working alongside the Knights on their projects, as well as hosting a slate of our own. We're the ones in the pink shirts!

Annual Fundraisers

  • The Annual Bake Sale is traditionally held on Father's Day weekend. Wonderful home made goodies are available after all weekend masses at St. Francis de Sales Church, Abingdon.
  • This year we are holding our First Annual Jewelry Bingo. Prizes consist of Fine Jewelry. There will be plenty of good food and door prizes. This year the bingo will be held in Kilduff Hall at St. Francis de Sales.

Monies raised from these fundraisers enable us to support many groups and charities throughout the community and within St. Francis de Sales parish.


Meetings
The KC Ladies meet at 8 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of every month in the Knights Hall at St. Francis de Sales. Regular membership is open to women relatives (wives, mothers, daughters, sisters) of all members of Fr. Maurice J. Wolfe Council; Associate membership is open to Catholic ladies of St. Francis de Sales.
